The trampoline tool:

Trampolining is one of the Olympic disciplines

of "gymnastics", recognized by the C.I.O. in 1998.

The exercises are mainly double and triple jumps,

grouped tense or piked, often also with twists.

In addition to single competitions,

there are also synchronized ones,

with two gymnasts or two gymnasts

who must perform the same element at the

same time starting facing in the same direction,

and team competitions.

The discipline made its debut at the

Sydney olympic games in 2000 and has been present

ever since only with individual competition.

The only athlete who has so far managed to

win two Olympic gold medals in the specialty

is Rosannagh MacLennan,

in London in 2012 and in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

The trampoline tool consists of an elastic

net with dimensions of 2.20 m by 4.20 m.

The net is hooked by means of 116 springs to

a metal frame, placed at a height of 1.20 m

from the ground. On the sides there are guards

(20 cm high and 2 m long).

A safety area of 65.10 m² is required for the athlete's

safety and the height of the competition

or training place must be at least 8 m.

Nadia Comaneci

The first athlete to conquer a perfect 10 in artistic gymnastics responds to the name of Nadia Comaneci. At just 14 years, 8 months and 6 days, she became the youngest athlete to win an Olympic gold, a record that is now impossible to beat given that the International Olympic Committee has changed the minimum age for participation in the Games to 16 years.

She performs a perfect exercise on the uneven bars and for the first time in history the judges assign a 10. Only a 1 appears on the electronic scoreboard, because such a high mark was unthinkable.
